University of Parma Campus classrooms

The work is for the revision and executive design of didactic complex with related urbanisation structures at the university campus in Parma.
The design respected the original project, but focused on improving the building, both from a technological and a performance point of view as well as considering aesthetics and comfort for the users.

In particular all necessary steps were evaluated and applied to improve safety, both in structural and fire safety terms and to improve heating and cooling as well as acoustics to increase environmental sustainability and energy saving as well as reliability and durability thanks to the materials and the solutions used.
The assignment also included work direction, supervision and coordination of the whole project and the technical choices related to the architectural, structural and finishing parts.
