Assignment for the definitive design of the crossing between the primary regional roads that cross near the town of San Polo d’Enza, made up of:
The project defined the ideal route for the two road connections in the territory on the two sides of the Enza River, considering various alternatives, also on a local level, along with the best connections to the existing road network and the nearby inhabited areas.
The purpose of the project is to identify the most sustainable routes that can substitute the historical traffic routes that pass through the inhabited areas, thus improving the quality of life in terms of health, safety and social areas.

The project was discussed on a local and provincial level, including local residence affected by it as well as with municipal authorities. Once the project was approved, it was used as the “guide” for the creation of the first implementation extracts regarding the San Polo d’Enza by-pass in the north-south direction and the east-west Traversetolo by-pass.
