Borgo dei Ciliegi
Quality of life in the foothills of the lands of Matilda of Tuscany
Quality of life in the foothills of the lands of Matilda of Tuscany
The project includes the requalification of the agricultural area in the foothills of the lands of Matilda of Tuscany near the town of Quattro Castella (Province of Reggio Emilia) thanks to the demolition and reconstruction of ex agricultural buildings in an orchard of 160 cherry trees.
Four residential buildings will be created in perfect symbiosis with the environmental value of the area. Thus a magical atmosphere will be created, with the cherry wood acting as a transition from the intimacy of the housing area to the landscape of the plains in the foothills, with castles, hamlets and the cliffs that overlook them.
The Borgo dei Ciliegi holds solutions for modern family living, with quality spaces and services, tailored to the real needs of modern lifestyles that are measured and sustainable in spaces and consumption, covered principally by sources of renewable energy. Here leisure time, family intimacy and life outdoors is optimised.
Great care has been put into the architectural design of the volumes and the interior spaces, with high level finishings and great attention to detail. The proposed project is elegant and tasteful, capable of taking inspiration from local architecture and proposing it in a new, modern form that is suited to the context.
