Flexibility, efficiency and elegance for industrial use

The project is for Uni-chains company headquarters in the area of Mancasale in Reggio Emilia. The company produces plastic modular belts and chains and the project includes management offices and the operative centre.

The design is conceived to adapt flexibly to future needs and can play host to the different activities. The main one of which will occupy the entrance in Via Napoli, while the two secondary activities will be performed at the back.

The building is made up of two elements, an industrial building with an administrative block in front for offices on two floors with particular care for the architectural elements of the facade and the functional interior furnishings, the external areas of the entrance garden and the reception areas, a perfect union of the need for image and efficiency of the company it hosts.
