“La Tecnocopie” company Headquarters

Organisational efficiency and interior design elegance in a complete and coordinated design

The project is for new company headquarters for the “La Tecnocopie”, company which deals with advanced digital systems for the reproduction, transfer and printing of documents, created in the industrial area of Mancasale in Reggio Emilia and including the management offices and the operative centre.
It is an industrial complex built on a surface of around 7200 m² of foundation with a building of around 1300 m², created with a pre-fabricated structure. Of this surface, around 700 for the operative activities and 1300 m² are technical and sales offices, a show room and management, for a total useable floor space of 2000 m².

The “keys in hand” approach was made possible thanks to the global and coordinated architectural design, the structural design and all the technological, systems, equipment and internal furnishing components which all allowed the maximum efficiency in the company processes, in an elegant and welcoming environment.
