Professional assignment for work supervision, account drafting, test assistance, safety coordination in the execution phase relating to construction work for a residential and commercial building (Intervento B – Intervention B) and internal and external urbanisation works in thePUA “Pontenovo” sector in Pontenovo in San Polo d’Enza (Province of Reggio Emilia).
The centre, which is made up of three businesses and fourteen apartments, as well as a multi-functional room, is connected via a gallery to the new Sigma supermarket. The whole complex was built on an area belonging to Carlo Sartori who, thanks to an agreement, donated the multi-functional room to the municipality of San Polo d’Enza.
