Park and offices in the Enza Valley

The professional assignment was for the consultancy and assistance for the drafting of the “Parco” Company Development Plan and the demolition and reconstruction project aimed at the installation and enhancement of the headquarters of Assist Group in the “Borgo del Sole” (Sunshine Hamlet) to define the municipal procedures and the regulation variations required to obtain the related construction authorisation.
The first phase was for the design of the roadworks and urban furnishing, the green areas and the sewage system and public illumination as well as parking areas and protection of the “Parco”.

The second phase was for the design of the building work for finishing and furnishing, load-bearing structures, mechanical, water, heating and conditioning, electrical and special systems, sewage and attachments, external and green areas for the demolition and reconstruction for the installation and enhancement of the Assist Group Headquarters in “Il Borgo del Sole”.
